ACTi's Attendance Management System is a convenient solution for keeping track of the arrival and leaving of the employees.
There is a clock-in station on the wall of the office where the employees can register their arrival or leave by using the RFID card.
Upon each activity, the built-in camera of the clock-in station will take the snapshot of the person who uses the card for the future reference. This solution can help investigate the situations, such as employees lending their cards to each other for the purpose of creating fake attendance records. With the help of the management software, it is possible to view each employee’s attendance history together with the snapshots.
