Introduction

Auto Video Exporter is a Windows based utility with exporting video automatically with predefined time duration from NVR server, and easy integration with third-party software by XML task.

The easiest way is to install the Auto Video Exporter utility into the same server which hosts the Third Party Application Software. There will be an xml-file in the server that the third party software will need to access and edit. When the third party software updates that xml file with the instructions of video export (which channels, which time periods) then the Auto Video Exporter utility will connect to the NVR server, request the video clips and publishes them in the pre-defined folder inside the third party server. These videos can be directly played with any media player as they are already in the playable format, such as AVI.

Application

This solution is used when the direct integration with ACTi VMS is not required. The third party application software only needs to be able to playback the exported AVI files. Such solution makes the integration process really simple.

Introduction

NVR Streaming Player is a Windows based utility with the capability of accessing the specific channel of the NVR server and downloading the pre-defined duration of the recorded video for the instant playback within the utility. There is also an option to export the video clip after viewing it. The instructions of which video to download from the NVR server is maintain in the XML format file, managed by the customer's own application software.

Application

It is used for the applications where the in-depth integration between customer's software and ACTi NVR is not required. There is just a requirement to see the instant video playback of the incidents that happened moments ago based on the event time stamps recorded by the customer's software.
