Overview

ACTi’s service desk solutions provide compact devices like the Q22, designed for counter surveillance camera and desk security camera applications. These systems ensure reliable video and audio evidence where critical employee–customer interactions take place.

The ruggedized unit is about half the size of a deck of cards, under 0.5 kg, and protected by an IK10-rated casing for durability. The integrated microphone delivers clear recordings to support compliance, dispute resolution, and security investigations.

The flexible gooseneck bracket adapts to varied counter setups, while the magnetic desktop mount provides strong stability, minimizing accidental shifts during daily operations.
