The power supply capability on PoE switch side should always be bigger than the power consumption of the camera.
For example, when the camera's power consumption is 12.95W then the PoE Switch power supply should be 15.4W in order to guarantee the sufficient power as some power may be dissipated in the cable, depending on the length of the cable and the environment.
