Construction Site Management

Construction Site Management provides a real-time personnel counting dashboard for construction sites, helping site managers replace paper-based attendance sheets with digital entry / exit records and live on-site headcount visibility.
Construction Site Management

Resumen

Introduction The system consolidates access records from multiple entrance and exit points and displays the current number of people on site, total entries, total exits, department / contractor counts, and real-time activity records. The dashboard can also include worksite safety information such as today’s work item, hazard notices, outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, and heat risk level.

This helps construction sites improve personnel control, support safety inspections, and reduce uncertainty about who is currently on site.

Functions 1. Real-Time Personnel Control The system helps site managers know how many people are currently inside the construction site and which departments or contractors they belong to. This reduces the uncertainty of paper-based sign-in sheets and supports faster response during inspections or emergencies. Best for: construction sites with multiple contractors, large job sites, sites with several entrances and exits.

2. Digital Entry / Exit Record Management Instead of relying on manual signatures, the system records access activity from configured entry and exit devices. Managers can view live access activity and check the daily movement history of each person. Best for: sites requiring traceable attendance, contractor management, audit preparation.

3. Construction Safety Dashboard The dashboard can display today’s main work item, safety reminders, hazard notices, and environmental risk information. This helps workers and supervisors stay aware of current site conditions. Best for: sites with high safety requirements, heat risk management, hazardous work areas, government-inspected projects.

4. Multi-Entrance Site Integration Large construction sites may have several access points. The system can combine records from different entrances and exits into one unified dashboard, giving site managers a consolidated view of the entire site. Best for: large-scale construction sites, residential projects, commercial building sites, infrastructure projects.
