ACM-7411 Ensures Safety of Railway Vehicles in the Train Station Area of Erfurt, Germany
In the past, railway traction vehicles of the Erfurt train company were often damaged by graffiti spraying criminals during night time. The surveillance of the train station was only possible by staff members patrolling the area, but it was not possible to get an overview of the whole situation.

The solution was the installation of cameras for a permanent video surveillance of the train area. There were several strong requirements for the cameras:
· No cable laying possible
· Power supply only via lamp poles
· Strong night performance
· Video server installation in the data center of the train station
· Remote access on the video recordings & live stream from central control center
