Electricity Administration turkey Secured by ACTi Unified Solution
Background 
Turkish Electricity Administration was founded in September 15th 1970; it continued its activities as TEK Limited Liability BOSPHORUS ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION INSTITUTION, which has 6.800.000.000 TL authorized capital, covering Istanbul (center of the institution) as well as the cities of Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli and Sakarya. In consequence of the restructuring of the Turkish Electricity Authority as Turkish Electricity Production Inc. (TEAŞ) and Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation (TEDAŞ). BEDAS is the largest company in Turkey and is sold to SABANCI HOLDING which is second largest company in Turkey. They have started to open offices all around this big city.
Solution
The cameras have been installed inside of the building and the total quantity is still increasing. ACTi partner in this project successfully installed 47units TCM-5611 IP cameras with ACTI Enterprise 64 channel.
Except for the Central Management system is provided by ACTI software, the Building Management also is integrated with ACTisoftware solution.ACTi provide SDK for integration. With the SDK, ACTi’s partner successfully integrated Building management system with ACTi enterprise software. It can providepopup screen with 25fps recording in case of fire alarm and alarm signal to BMS incase of motion detected, provide different level.
To protect all of the equipment and the stuff in the company, ACTi’s TCM-5611 with Vari-focal Lens which could identify clearly image both in day/night time. Additionally, different viewing angle with different focal length makes the full integration flexible and easy for installation.
Benefit
ACTi unified NVR and IP camera solution provides high scalability and high flexibility within a very reasonable budget for the small-to-mid size city. In case of future NVR server extension, ACTi CMS (Central Management Software), with similar UI and user behavior built-in, saves the trouble for the personnel of spending more time and effort learning new skill sets.
