Today we happily announce a new update to our widely acclaimed Video Management Software, NVR2.2 Service Pack 2 (Version 2.2.47 / NVR2.2 SP2).
There are two major modifications in this release:
Firstly, we made several fundamental improvements to our core engine, which markedly improved our reliability. The work is seamless and invisible, yet much has changed under the hood.
Secondly, we now separate the NVR workstation from the server. The new NVR workstation will work with our existing NVR servers, while also serving as a unified interface to our upcoming CMS servers. This will allow you enhanced control with the same familiar layout.

- Upgrade will keep map image, language setting and manual snapshot file

- Search system log with specific date, time, channel, user, and login IP
- System log export by user demand
- Export avi with H.264 payload
Spec. Change
- Change the max size of frequency of flush record file from 2 hour to 1 hour. Also change the max size of post-event recording buffer from 2 hour to 1 hour.
- The first setup page when open ActiveSetup changes to camera setup
- Remove HUE adjustment from camera setup page
- Do not support USB HDD and DVD-R/RW as recording disk
Bug Fixed
- Login with advance mode can't run properly
- NVR will be unstable when Preview channels with audio for few days
- No IRIS stop command will be sent when release the IRIS On/Off button
- Live view with RTP protocol will suddenly disconnect and reconnect
- Recording fail when network was interupted for a period
- Patrol for a period of time might cause channel loss
- Fix map patrol fail
