ACTi has releases new firmware version V4.12.09 for TCM Series Cameras. This firmware enhances your TCM series cameras with the following main features:

● Secure your Date over Public Internet - HTTPS

HTTPS is to create a secure channel over an insecure network. It can encrypt the text date, ex login username and password, to avoid the third party to steal.

● Speed up the Integration Process – ONVIF 2.0

The most widely spread common standard that offers a unified communication language for IP cameras and recorders is ONVIF - Open Network Video Interface Forum. While the IP cameras and recorders all support ONVIF, it can speed up the integration process together with reducing the cost of integration.

● Recording your Video Locally – Local Storage

Local storage allows a video device to create, control and manage the recordings locally to a micro-SD card or 2.5” hard disk. You can reduce the risk of losing critical video evidence with storing video in NVR and camera simultaneously. Besides, you also can store video in camera directly with no NVR requirement.
