In order to provide all customers with desirable pre-sales and post-sales services through ACTi's channel partners, a minimum advertised price ("MAP") policy is instituted.

Guideline
|
|
As the authorized channel partner of ACTi Corporation, the Reseller / Distributor shall not publish, disclose, or circulate over the internet, the printed media or any other form of collective mass media a price value for ACTi products lower than the Official Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), released by ACTi Corporation.

|
|
|
ACTi reserves the rights to take appropriate actions against the non-compliance of MSRP disclosure policy, including but not limited to,
|
|
|
A. Withdraw the permission of the authorized Reseller/ Distributor to use ACTi official trademarks.
|
|
|
B. Cease and evade any commercial and technical support.
|
|
|
C. Void the warranty for ACTi products.
|
