• Provide on-site technical training to selective key accounts and local distributors

Solution Support:
• Provide solution templates and application note for vertical segments IP Surveillance applications.

Product Support:
• Undertake the role of Technical liaison between Customer & ACTi Product Development Team.
• Customer supports on technical and product related information

RMA / DOA:
• Provide product repairs and act as focal point for local RMA/ DOA service.
