Night time surveillance under 4 lux is not a problem for KCM-5211E at all - in this video clip it zooms in 20 meters along the dark corridor and is able to deliver excellent video quality with clearest details while supported by weak local light source (emergency exit light above the door).
The settings of the camera: 1920x1080, H.264, 15fps, 1/15s, 4.5Mbps, others default.
