Background
Slot Club delle Alpi is a casino / game center in Torino. Our Austrian system integrator DC Diskont Computer GmbH delivered ACTi video surveillance solution and also installed all gaming stations that used in the casino.
Solution
The cameras have been installed inside and outside of the casino. DC Diskont Comuter successfully installed 40 ACTi Fix-dome cameras ranging from 1.3 Megapixel up to 4 Megapixel (KCM-7211 x 20, TCM-3401 x 20).
To provide a safe environment, the monitoring system has to work 24/7 and 365 days/year. A customer requirement is to have a permanent live view of all cameras on two flat screens installed at the smoking zone; it allows gamblers to always keep an eye on their slot machines, even when they are on a coffee or smoking break.
Benefit
Even under the complicated lighting conditions, the TCM-3401 and KCM-7211 are able to provide high quality pictures. Using ACTi IP camera not only enhance the security level of Slot Club delle Alpi assets but also all customer/gamblers benefit from the “ACTi Eye”
