ACTi Unified Solution Helps Kinmen Harbor Bureau Easily Manage the "Mini Three Links"
Background
In 2001, the Taiwanese government announced the policy of "Mini Three Links" between Taiwan and China. This means people in Taiwan and China will have chance to do the direct postal, transportation and trade. Kinmen, situated at the key location of the trade, needed to get well-prepared to serve all the coming passengers and travelers. Thus, Kinmen Harbor Bureau decided to re-decorate the rest area and gift shops, and moreover, increase the food court services. 

Solution
In order to simplify the management, Kinmen Harbor Bureau Office chose over 60 units of TCM-5311 Megapixel CCD IP Box Camera with ACTi NVR as the solution to provide ultra-high-video quality surveillance. The officers can effectively manage and monitor the entire customs building. They are satisfied at high-resolution pictures and video clip. It is a great help for the administrator to efficiently monitor every area. Moreover, two-way audio function
can be added if needed.  The officer can have instant conversation to control the situation immediately.
