Background
A bank in China was founded in May, 1997, which is the first local share-holding commercial bank in the central area of China. Solution
It has a running CCTV system for most of the gates however in 2010 a bank robbery was happened in one of the branch sites. When they tried to find out the mugger from the video which was taking by the analog system, they found that the video quality of the analog system is too poor to identify the face of the mugger. Although mugger was under arrest in 2011, the central government in china decided to obtain megapixel cameras in order to replace the analog ones at the entrance and lobby.
