JUFA is a well known youth hostel chain and has more than 40 hostels in Austria and Germany and gives the feeling of being home but also on holiday. That’s the reason why JUFA attracts thousands of national and international travelers yearly.

 

To provide a safe environment for travelers around the world, JUFA decided to invest in an IP surveillance system, that secures the youth hostel 24/7 and 7days a week. The whole surveillance system has to be easy to install, to use and maintain, but also has to be scalable for future expansions. 

To prevent uninvited guests lurking around the hostel, the first priority is to monitor the outer perimeter. ACTis all-in-one ACM-1231 IP Megapixel Bullet Camera with integrated Infrared-LED and IP66 housing are installed around the hostel. Additional ACM-1511 indoor bullet cameras and ACM-5611 indoor box cameras are installed inside the hostel to secure guests and property.
