Japan Network Communications, Inc, ACTi’s partner in Japan, successfully implemented IP surveillance system into a Chain Restaurant in Tokyo.

 

There are more than 5 restaurants had installed ACTi IP Surveillance System. Each restaurant is composed of 2 units of 1.3 Megapixel IP dome cameraACM-3411 and 1 unit of 1.3 Megapixel IP PTZ ACM-8211 with the management and recording by ACTi NVR Enterprise.

The purpose of installing IP surveillance system is to monitor each restaurant from remote head office. Mr. Itou, sales director of Japan Network Communications, Inc said that IP sureveillance system is more cost-effective compared with CCTV system. Especially ACTi IP camera supports DDNS. It did save the cost of fixed IP address for each store and also NVR web client provides easy remote montioring function.
